SearchForAnAttorney.com (here referred to as "SearchForAnAttorney") is a website owned and operated by CityAdvertising.com (a wholly owned subsidiary of Start Up Consultants, LLC), which is an internet based directory of attorneys, that allow Members to create unique personal profiles online in order to market their services, contribute articles, maintain a blog and find and communicate with prospective clients, as well as other services provided by our website. The services offered by SearchForAnAttorney include any SearchForAnAttorney-branded URL (the " SearchForAnAttorney Website"), SearchForAnAttorney mobile services, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by SearchForAnAttorney in connection with SearchForAnAttorney's business (collectively, the " SearchForAnAttorney Services"). The SearchForAnAttorney Services are hosted in the United States. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Eligibility. Use of the SearchForAnAttorney Services and registration to be a Member for the SearchForAnAttorney Services ("Membership") is void where prohibited. By using the SearchForAnAttorney Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the SearchForAnAttorney Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Registration. Certain sections of this Website require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide SearchForAnAttorney with accurate, complete registration information. It is your responsibility to inform SearchForAnAttorney of any changes to that information. SearchForAnAttorney does not permit a) any other person using the registered sections under your name; or b) access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network. 6. Fees. You acknowledge that SearchForAnAttorney reserves the right to charge for any portion of the SearchForAnAttorney Services and to change its fees (if any) from time to time in its discretion. If SearchForAnAttorney terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of fees or payments (if any).

6.1 Cancellation: At any point you may cancel your membership to SearchForAnAttorney by sending an email to cancel@SearchForAnAttorney.com. Upon receipt of your request we will cancel your account immediately and refund any unused portion of fees or payments (if any). By cancelling your account you will no longer be able to access your page, account and your information will be removed from our database which means no one will be able to find you on SearchForAnAttorney and your permalink will be removed indefinitely.

7. Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify SearchForAnAttorney immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

8. Protecting Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property. SearchForAnAttorney respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that our users do the same. You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity. SearchForAnAttorney has the right to terminate the Membership of infringers.

TO THE EXTENT THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS PROHIBITED, SearchForAnAttorney's SOLE OBLIGATION TO YOU FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.00.

16. Unlawful Activity. SearchForAnAttorney reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

17. Remedies for Violations. SearchForAnAttorney reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the SearchForAnAttorney 's Websites and their features.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

19. Privacy. Your use of the Website is subject to SearchForAnAttorney's Privacy Policy, available through this link.

20. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold SearchForAnAttorney, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the SearchForAnAttorney Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement and/or if any Content that you post on or through the SearchForAnAttorney Services causes SearchForAnAttorney to be liable to another.

21. Severability of Provisions. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
